As of today, wearing a mouth and nose protection mask in Hamburg’s supermarkets, public transport etc. is mandatory.

We would like to ensure maximum safety for our patients and therefore ask you to wear a mouth and nose protection during your treatment at Elbmedicum. You are welcome to bring your own protective mask. If you do not have one, we will be happy to provide you one.

We are also equipped with reusable masks which we wear during the entire treatment.

We also ask you to disinfect your hands with the disinfectant provided when you enter our practice.

Avoid waiting times

We coordinate our appointments so that there are no waiting times. Therefore, please come to your appointment at the agreed time as precisely as possible. Should you have to wait a short time, please keep as much distance as possible from other people in the waiting area.

Further hygiene measures

Our treatment benches as well as the used equipment and door handles are disinfected by us immediately after each treatment.

We also disinfect all other objects, chairs, light switches etc. at short intervals.

Please make sure to bring your own towel to your treatment to save additional laundry.
