Optimize your training
At the beginning of your personal training we determine exactly your current training status. For this purpose, we use various test options such as the Functional Movement Screen, the Y-Balance Test, gait and running analyses and much more. On the basis of the determined data and your personal training goals, we create your individual training plan. You will also receive this plan via a training app on your cell phone. So we can also control your training at home and on the road.
