In Personal Training you work with us on your training goals in one-to-one training. You benefit from our medical know-how as well as our specific knowledge of load control. In this way you achieve maximum effects through optimal training management.

Optimize your training

At the beginning of your personal training we determine exactly your current training status. For this purpose, we use various test options such as the Functional Movement Screen, the Y-Balance Test, gait and running analyses and much more. On the basis of the determined data and your personal training goals, we create your individual training plan. You will also receive this plan via a training app on your cell phone. So we can also control your training at home and on the road.

Training with high-quality equipment…

In order to adapt your personal training optimally to your needs, we at Elbmedicum work with selected and high-quality equipment. We attach importance to functional training with free weights and do not work with guided training machines. For us, personal training is more about optimizing and economizing your movement sequences in relation to your sporting requirements.

Enjoy a coffee in our comfortable waiting area before your training and arrive calmly. Afterwards there is room for a lot of exercise on over 150 m² of training space – in the unique loft ambience of our modern practice. A shower is available after your training. This way you can end your visit to our practice refreshed.
