Physical Therapy

Cryotherapy: Game Ready

With the Game Ready Cooling and Compression System, we integrate the scientifically best standard for recovery after injury or surgery into your therapy.

Adapted cuffs are used to cool joints and structures surrounding the joints, while mechanical compression promotes lymph flow and reduces swelling.

This results in a faster reduction of inflammatory reactions and pain relief.

Especially after injuries such as anterior cruciate ligament rupture, meniscus rupture, a torn ligament in the ankle or bursitis in the shoulder joint, you can benefit from this innovative technology!

Electrotherapy: Compex AND Indiba

Indiba

The INDIBA® activ therapy has a broad spectrum of activity and is used in the treatment of acute as well as chronic complaints in muscles and joints. By using electricity of 448 kHz, the thermal effect accelerates tissue regeneration and therefore promotes the healing process.

With the help of the INDIBA® activ therapy device we mobilize your body’s own pain and inflammation inhibiting processes and activate a more natural recovery. Deep-seated tensions are loosened and inflammations are eliminated. You feel immediate relief and lasting therapy results speak for themselves.

In this way, we optimally support the healing process of torn muscle fibers, operation scars, Achilles tendon irritation, bursitis, chondromalacia and much more.

Compex

We use Compex electrostimulation to support rehabilitation and pain management. Thanks to a revolutionary technology, Compex automatically adapts the stimulation parameters to your physiological conditions, thereby helping to relieve pain, improve muscle control and even increase muscle strength. This optimizes rehabilitation and increases performance.

Heat therapy: heat pack and hot roll

In the treatment of pain and movement restrictions, we use the positive effects of heat therapy to accelerate healing.

Depending on the condition, heat packs or a hot roll are used.

Heat Pack

Due to its high temperature, the heat pack promotes blood circulation in the skin, muscles and connective tissue. Metabolic products are removed and the tissue is optimally supplied with new nutrients. The healing process is accelerated and you will achieve better mobility and use the effect of pain relief more quickly.

Hot Roll

The hot roll is applied directly by the therapist to the area to be treated. The moist heat promotes blood circulation and lymph drainage and relieves pain.

We directly apply the hot roll for tension, acute strains, overstretching and bruises (haematomas) to directly promote the healing process.
