With her qualification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, she is a specialist in dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal and peripheral nervous systems and offers patients with functional disorders, trauma and sports injuries comprehensive consulting services and therapy.

Inga can precisely examine and specifically treat disorders such as herniated discs, piriformis syndrome, shoulder impingement syndrome, tinnitus or complaints caused by cranio-mandibular dysfunctions (CMD).

Stefan Grund

Stefan Grund is a physiotherapist with a Masters of Science in sports physiotherapy. In addition to his focus on manual therapy, he specializes in advising and accompanying competitive and ambitious recreational athletes from training to competition. This is particularly important after injuries such as anterior cruciate ligament rupture, cartilage damage in the knee or after hip impingement surgery.

As a physiotherapist, Stefan Grund cared for teams and individual athletes in top-class leagues, including basketball, field hockey, handball, soccer, cycling and tennis. He worked more than 10 years as a lecturer for training sciences and biomechanics at the Hochschule 21 in Buxtehude and regularly performs other lecturing activities in his function as physiotherapist and manual therapist.

Sarah Bialeck

Physiotherapist, Bachelor of Science, Sportphysiotherapist MA (cand.)

Sarah Bialeck is a physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science and is completing a part-time Master’s degree in sports physiotherapy in the Netherlands.

Through her international degree, her focus is on the implementation of evidence-based treatment methods, which are based on a targeted physiotherapeutic diagnosis. Due to her focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, she is able to provide comprehensive advice and create suitable rehabilitation and training plans, especially for muscular-sceletal complaints.

In addition, Sarah Bialeck has coached golfers for several years in strength and coordination training as well as sport-specific injury prevention.
